Federal Merchants CEO Naseer Bade attended the 2015 Advantage Business Conference hosted by S.P. Richards Company. The conference was held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, from June 21 to June 25, 2015.
We have worked closely with S.P. Richards over the last few years. They are one of our leading distributors for furniture and office supplies, so keeping up with their latest and greatest is a must for us. Naseer attended the conference with hopes of returning with new ideas to implement in our office. 
Among the sessions offered, the following topics were highlighted: simplified, smart prospecting; maintaining high-touch relationships in high-tech times; facilities and breakroom solutions; smart sales hiring; thinking quickly, acting fast; targeting markets to be more effective; creating a proactive internal sales team; improving margin; breakthrough leadership; enriching sales and customer satisfaction; power interviewing; e-commerce; and enhancing brand identity.
Naseer was able to attend helpful sessions, visit the expo hall, and meet representatives from many different manufacturers. This is the second year Naseer has attended the conference, and he intends to register in the future as well.
